The Service, including its "DoodleSpawn" name, graphics, code, and content, is the property of Spawn Games LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party assets (such as Google's Quick, Draw! Dataset and Twemoji) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPAWN GAMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
